Openserve is disappointing

By far one of the worst company to work with. Their agents are not singing the same tune. They offered us a free trial for 30 days and on day 11 they called to ask if we will continue, we agreed. 2 days later or free service was cut we figured free things are not the best anyway we signed up a new router was sent 2 days later and it is now day 7 of no internet. I have called from the installer, technical team customer care with no luck. Only one left is the courier guy, we have reference numbers but no luck. *** is what we queried on. The service is poor with no sense of urgency
