OpenServe Is ClosedService

Ref_ 23ARK171025 Service#*** After having to follow up myself due to Vox, my ISPs harrowing incompetence. The status of my OpenServe query has been on "UNATTENDED" for 2 days now. The message is the same, that a technician has been assigned to my case, but they are yet to reach out to me?! The nonchalance and lack of urgency is baffling and needs to be studied! I just want my internet back -why is it so complicated!?
