Openserve is a joke

Appalling customer service. My entire street has been without internet for the week. Multiple people have logged tickets and multiple technicians have come out to just 'take readings'. No one is actually solving the problem. Do Openserve reimburse me for the week without internet? Do they reimburse me for the money I've had to spend on data to hotspot myself so that I can work?

The answer is no, they'll just come take some more readings and tell me that they're working on it. Useless service provider who could not be less bothered about their customer satisfaction.
