OPENSERVE IS A FLOP

An installer from OpenServe was supposed to come to my house on the 28th December 2021 to install Fiber, no one showed up. I tried to call their number, they don't take external call. Been following up with @Vodacom as that's who I took the contract with but the response has been they are following up Openserve. I am seating with a Vodacom Machine that has not been installed for two Months.

Applying for a contract has an impact on ITC, now I have to wait three more months before I can take another contract,, WHAT A SHAME!
