Openserve Installation waiting for nearly a month. Even VOX can't understand why?!

Don't know what has happened with this company. I use to recommend Openserve to everyone, but now I won't. We placed an order on the 17th of last month and after countless back and forth with my ISP(VOX) we found the problem and resolved and addressed the issue. The issue was resolved almost 2 weeks ago so that the installation can take place, yet they still haven't come to do an installation. It's been escalated 3 times now and then no one ever gets back to me or our ISP VOX. Our original order was placed on the 17th of October so nearly a month.
