Openserve Installation

I requested the fibre box in my house to be moved and installed correctly as per our original request. This morning, a technician came out and assessed from Openserve, only to tell me that their supervisor says they are not able to do the job, I must get an electrician out and do it myself. My entire wall is cracked from the shoddy initial installation, and all I'm asking for is for the connection to be re-installed correctly going through the garage and not the outside of our house. I will repair the cracked wall at my own expense. I am very disappointed with the response of the technical Team this morning.
