Openserve incompetence

Been waiting for two months for them to install my fiber line, at last they pith up but don't have a tool to open the manhole cover. Another week later and still nothing. Looks like they are not very good at looking after their core business or just don't need extra customers. Their excuse is they can not find the adresse on their system.
