If you're planning on dealing with this company in any way. Please consider any other company.

When they finally phone you to schedule an installation time, it's on such short notice that you have to ask for another time. Then you get the classic promise of we'll phone you back if we have that time available (because for some reason they don't know...).

After this you can forget about getting hold of anyone. They don't respond to the online queries you log. Their phones are either offline, or it rings forever, or someone picks up, and hangs up immediately.

It's understandable that you're busy etc but it takes nothing to keep customers (including ISP's) in the loop. We don't expect miracles, at all, just to be kept up to date with whatever it is you're doing.

Please, if you don't want to deal with customers, just close your doors and let someone else do your jobs.
