Openserve I'm still waiting for my fibre 84 days later!!

I app**** for fibre through MWEB, who outsourced to Openserve on the 1st of March 2021, today is 84 days later and I still don't have fibre. Openserve's technician was dispatched today and arrived at my residence, but explained that he could not do anything, because the "black fibre box" had not been fitted to the old existing Telkom infrastructure, Openserve's technician left my residence without completing any work and how long will I have to wait for an Openserve technician to be dispatched to fit the "black fibre box" and when will I actually have fibre? Absolutely pathetic service!! What has me worried is if takes Openserve this long just to install my fibre, what happens when there is a fault with the fibre?
