Openserve ******* connection

I've been informed by our homeowner's association that Openserve apparently ***gybacks on other fiber connections *******ly for my internet access and that this line will be cut by Friday 12 Feb 2021. Sending an inquiry to the email address I've received a generic response that is of no use whatsoever.
