OPENSERVE has NO CLIENT SERVICE & Technicians/Supervisors cant even assist

Absolutely worst service i have ever received!!!!! I app**** for fibre through Afrihost which uses Openserve. The Technician was supposed to install my internet today. i arranged my cleaning lady to be there as i cannot just take leave for this. He arrived there at 09:00 and according to my cleaning lady he stayed until 15:00. i eventually phoned him and asked if he came right with everything, he said no theres something wrong with the cables. He is waiting at the mall for the other guys to come and help him. My cleaning lady left for the day so i had to arrange with my husband to go through and wait for the guy. When my husband got home & contacted the technician, he told him that he cannot come back today, will only be there the next day After i specifiaclly let the Openserve guy know that i am flying to cape town today!!! What did this guy do at my house from 9 - 3???? Trying to get hold of Openserve? impossible because there is no customer care number. I wil not recommend anyone to use OpenServe. i chatted to a guy Johannes (apperantly the supervisor) could not assist me. he actually hang the phone up in my ears & never phoned or responded to my sms

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER - SAVE YOUSELF THE FRUSTRATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
