OpenServe harassment

I have never indicated that I intend to sign up with OpenServe or use any of their services. They have come to my house 3 times before to attempt to access the backyard in the house to access some sort of telephone lines. We declined. We have phoned and asked twice to be taken of their customer list as well, yet today they showed up to the door again once again asking if we are interested in their service. Extremely irritating and I have heard only negative comments about their service in any case.
