Openserve good service, Telkom ***********

Wi had a problem with Telkom on our fibre - the fault was with Telkom and not Openserve. We knew what the fault was and informed Telkom service desk - however, they did not resolve the issue and sent out Openserve to correct the issue (as indicated before, not a fibre line issue which would be Openserve's responsibility, but a Telkom Account Authentication issue on the Telkom systems). The Openserve technician (tel no ***) was extremely helpful, and promised to escalate to the correct people in Telkom. The next day, two more Openserve cars were sent by Telkom for the same problem! The intervention from the first Openserve technician ensured that our issue was resolved. Thank you Openserve and shame on you, Telkom.
