Openserve giving NO SERVICE

Two days and counting and still no internet in lenasia extension 13 and worse still absolutely no feedback from openserve as to why they are not capable of providing the only service we're paying them for. Now we're expected to use our own money to buy data so that we can run our business with no idea when we will be back online
