Openserve follow up for Installation is poor

I signed up for internet services through Afrihost but hosted through Openserve. Afrihost was quite quick. Installation was already set for 08/01/2022 but Openserve had a digit missing from my address. This has also happened to other customers in my road, but was resolved quickly. I am still waiting for installation.
