Openserve Fibre to the Home Ripoff

On the sale of the Openserve contract to me I asked for a 50 Mbt/s Download speed and a 50Mbt Upload speed that is not Shaped or Throttled or FUPA'd . I stated that it must remain 50/50 247 at all times. I was told that if I signed up for the 50/50 Unlimited Premium package at R849 p/m I would have no problems. WHAT A JOKE. The first week it went well then it started to slow down. It started to be 47mbt then 24mbt and today three weeks later it ranges between 7mbt and 24mbt no matter how many times they tell me to restart their equipment. So I have told them if this is not repaired by the end of this week I am not paying the bill. They can take me to court if they want. Here is the facts. This is a CONTRACT so I also have a say as they are in BREACH of contract because they have promised to provide this speed. It is like buying a Porche but it only performs like a golf. But the instalment stays the same. Would you be Happy with this????
