Openserve Fibre Telkom sucks

I've been waiting now a month for openserve to install Fibre. Still no Fibre. They pitch up at my house twice without letting me know or even to call to say they are coming. They come in have a look and leave again with no explanation why they don't want to install Fibre. I have paid for it. Thr service is very poor and it's very frustrating to pay for something that you can't use. What is worst you can't complain directly to openserve. Vox is trying Thr best to help me but openserve is not interested on helping. Openserve telkom sucks
