Openserve Fibre - no backup service. Pay more and use another company.

Dont use openserve fibre company as aftersales backup is non-existent. I moved to a flat next to mine in November and I requested a relocation. To date almost 2 months nothing has happened. Vodacom who sold me the openserve fibre has tried their best to get openserve to do it but have also failed as openserve continues to make excuses as they mainly want to do new installations for new clients.
