Openserve Fibre issue 400ANK250718

Excellent service, only when they promptly arrive to install the Fibre.

However, when the installer and admin don't communicate and the line isn't activated properly, they can't be found!

Afrihost have logged installation tickets with Openserve, they haven't had an update in weeks.

I technician finally arrived on 04/08, but said its now a line technicians problem as there is no activity on the box outside my property.....

It's now 13/08 and the line is still not functioning!
