Openserve fibre internet

I'm linked to openserve fibre through a thrid party for home internet. My provider tested my hardware and software more than a week ago because the speed deteriorated they then opened a ticket at openserve because the fault was on their side. Up till now no responce.Today my internet is totally off. Bad customer service!
