Openserve: Fibre installation team non-existent

We placed an order on the 26th of October 2023 for fiber installation. Despite numerous follow-ups and escalations by our ISP Afrihost, Openserve has still not contacted us to arrange for installation. Afrihost is also unable to get hold them to get any feedback on the installation.

More annoyingly, there is no way to contact Openserve directly, when trying to use the Chatbot on their website you get lead to a page that does not exist any longer.

We've previously had good experiences with Openserve, but as it stands now, I would not recommend them.
