Openserve Fibre

Openserve a Fibre operator company is the pity .. I am using fibre in Ennerdale Johannesburg on the 5th of June 2024 my line went off and it took more then 24 hours to get it back online .. My isp and openserve won't re-emburse me for the inconvienience they caused me I lost out on work important meetings and on money for those 2 days .. Im very disappointed and upset with Openserve as a Fibre company for a fibre company they very unprofessional .. They don't care about their customers ..

I wouldn't recommend them as a Fibre Provider ..
