Openserve Fibre

I sent an email to Openserve on 22/10/2022 to which I got no reply. My email states the following:

“ Good day

I would like to find out as to when more or less fibre will go live in the Vermont and Onrus area in the Western Cape? Our postal code is 7201.

Our Fibre line got installed recently, but now we still need to have an ONT installed that has to be done by Openserve apparently. There is no direct form of communication from Openserve. We are completely left in the dark with regards to our fibre installation.

Openserve’s service is not up to standard. They need to step up their game.
