Openserve fiber ISP

I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism , incompetence in.my life openserve is really useless I have app**** for fiber the last two months and they kept on saying they will send someone , two months later when the technician come to activate the connection they have mixed my name with the wrong adress, now they had to cancel everything and I was told to reapply again which i did they sent someone again to connect only for my order to be cancelled again for no reason what a useless ISP i wouldn't recommend someone to apply for openserve fiber.
