OpenServe - Failure to activate.

My mom had her flat wired up for Fibre, trying to activate the fibre and I keep getting excuses from the guy who installed it.

My mom is now without internet and she needs it for her medical equipment as we cancelled her rain in preparations for the OpenServe FTTH.

This is a real worry for us as if there is an emergency nobody will know about it.
