Openserve Employees Exploiting *******ion on Fiber Clients

On 2020-10-16 at +/- 16:30 two Openserve LDV's stop at my house to do my fiber internet installation for my subscription to mweb. The bundle I app**** for at mweb included free installation. These two men then told me that they have to take a wire through my roof to the neighbor's house to connect me to the internet, and for this, I would have to pay R800,00 cash as EFT's are not expected. I paid the money, and the installation was done. On 2021-02-06 my internet stopped working as per Mweb Ref No. MWB***4. As per Mweb Ref No. MWB***0 during the installation of my fiber, Openserve was supposed to install an ONT box in my house, which was never done, instead, the Openserve technicians charged me R800,00 to extend an internet wire to the neighbors ONT box's house, so they do not need to install one at my premises premisses. And still no internet. Watch out, Open Serve will rob you.
