Openserve

I have not had telkom openserve internet services for the past 3 weeks Everys single day I logged a call with telkom consultants and have references as long as grocery list. However as usual we all know the joys with dealing with telkom. So as openserve has no contact numbers I decided to email and and also inform them on social media. Only 2 be asked for references and was told it had to have letters of the alphabet. An entire week and no communication has been released. From the reviews I have seen on this website and also on social media I have noticed they do respond. They manipulated the entire system as they linked to afrihost and a whole lot of different service providers with huge financial gains. . Bragging rights of cheap efficient services. Which we all know is hogwash. why worry about their customers who is trying to work from home during this pandemic just to survive these difficult times.
