Openserve doesn't want business I guess

This now unacceptable... How is it that it takes over a month to install wifi... There have been 3 or 4 openserve guys at my place to install my wifi and only today have they discovered that the connection box needs to be extended... Why couldn't the first agent see this problem... It's like these people don't want to work... They just come out to return the order.

Now I have to wait who knows how long for them to come and extend the box... At this point I don't want wifi anymore
