Openserve doesn't care

I have been without internet for five days now and my service provider has advised that they have logged tickets and escalated the issue with Openserve but they just don't care. They don't contact me and they are not sending out a technician. I have to keep buying data bundles almost more than the cost of my fibre line by now. I’m losing so much money due to the disappointing lack of service.
