OPENSERVE DOES NOT SERVE IT'S CUSTOMERS

Openserve is my fibre service provider. I work through Vodacom. My line was dead on Monday, so they came to work on it on Tuesday. On Wednesday, it was down again, after being promised that they will help me on Friday, 24 November, before 16:00, they still have not come to my house. I tried to call them on Saturday, 25 November, and they did not attend my call for 25 minutes and I put down the phone, I have now tried everything. This is ridiculous.
