Openserve does not serve at all

I purchased a contract through Telkom and Openserve has been calling every day to say they will arrive the next day to instal. The installation was to take place by 20 January 2021. It is heading to the middle of February 2021. No service. I should have opted for Vuma but Telkom pushed Openserve as the service provider.
