Openserve does not care Afrihost!!!!!

What a Joke!!!

I have been working with Afrihost for a while and in the 20 days they installed my Fiber. Not once has it worked? I keep on getting disconnected and I can assure you it's Openserves fault!!!!!

They even LIE, can you believe it? They informed Afrihost that my issue was load shedding and resolved, 1 week later and I am still trying to fix it with them.

They have not called or done anything to provide help, what a waste. But I mean what can you expect from a Telkom company right?

I am going back to Rain and recommend others do it as well.
