Openserve does fibre? where?

It is a curious situation when a company fails to recognise that we all know they are telkom in sheeps clothing...well until they "diverify" into the technology age...but not really. I fail to understand why it takes ages and ages to install a CPE...are you outsourcing as a lack of skills? or just outright riding of another self entitled bail out so dont need actual customers? Either way, i would sooner be waterboarded than rely on rebranded Telkom to provide a real service.
