Openserve disrespecting property owner rights

Extremely unhappy on how I am being treated by Openserve. I have had multiple discussions via telephone and email with Mr Alfie Udemans around a pole that is being erected right against my house. After multiple confirmations from Mr Udemans that the pole would not be erected, his team still went ahead to erect a pole. This is a direct security risk and completely against what he had confirmed. Why not do as the other fibre service providers and lay the cables in the ground. This is completely unacceptable and so 20th century. Very disappointed Openserve. I hope some actions will come from this.
