Openserve Disappointment

We had a very disappointing experience at Openserve. We got fibre installed through them and was only able to use it for a few hours before it had an error. We struggled to get assistance and when someone came out they couldn't assist and to semd someone else who we are still waiting for. We are trying to get the problem fixed but it is without any success. We are very unhappy and unsatisfied with the service so far and consider cancelling the contract.
