Openserve, different name - same Telkom service.

I will cut to the chase, no one knows what they are doing, no one cares that they don't know, and they are quite happy to ignore your complaints as they have mine.

This is a screenshot of our area, I have been trying to get an explanation for their "roll-out" for almost five months. They have said "we don't know" so many times I am beginning think that is their motto.

Basically, if you are lucky enough to have other options besides Openserve and Telkom, please do it, your whole Internet experience will be better for it.
