Openserve damages water pipe
Openserve dug up my driveway in June 2022 and damaged my water pipe at my municipal meter. I told them this at the time and was told that this was fixed when the driveway was filled and re-tarred. I have now received an autonomically high water bill and am unable to get any one at Openserve to assist me.
