OpenServe damaged our sprinkler system

The 23rd of October, Open serve installed a line in Mosselbay golf estate, next to 102 Maranata road, We moved in very recently and spend hours on the 21st of October to fix our sprinkler system, which after a whole day of effort was fixed and ready to water the new plants we just planted,

To my dissapoint though on waking the 24th of October we saw Openserve had cleary gone through one of our sprinkler system cables when they installed the neighbor's fiber line, but that was not the frustrating part, the line was pulled from the ground on the other side tight, so when it happened, they would have noticed the broken cable. I did speak to the guy earlier just to ask what they are installing currently and he did confirm they are installing fiber next door.

For the rest of that day we were in the house, so how much effort would it have taken to just inform us of this so that we could fix it.

My concern is we now have to dig it up again so that we can fix ours, and im not really sure how far down his fibre line is but for being considerate, I dont really want to break the neighbours fibre when fixing my sprinkler.

Openserve needs to come and rectify the situation please, I do have photos of this also
