Openserve customer service is really bad

The customer service at OpenServe is ridiculously bad. Our company has been waiting for 6 weeks to get FIbre installed in an area where they stated there is feasibility. They have been on the premises 4 times, and every time I hear it is a quick installation, but no one is answering calls anymore.
