Openserve Customer Care Call Avoidance

Jane and Kgomotso call centre agents on call avoidance.

I needed urgent assistance with my Openserve line that needs activation, but every time they answer the call they say their names and mute me and with that you'd think the line is *******.

I've gotten through to Kgomotso about 3/4 times.

Jane the one the ridiculous piece is one i've connected with 2 times.

The second time i called she used ***as an alternative number which doesn't exists.

This call has been made 17h50 for a duration of 05:34 on call line ***.

This call has been made using my number ***

This needs to be checked,

Expect a follow up call to have this urgently rectified,
