Openserve - Connection is useless

After being with Openserve and Mweb for more than 5 years, i have recently moved to a new house in Centurion. After the move, we had unlimited struggles with our internet connection. We have a 50mbs line and we have had intermittent issues regarding our connection. Our internet drops 10 times a day, we get time where we can't even register 1mbps line speed. Openserve has sent me a test account to test with (that I could not activate in time, yes my fault) but when I mail them for a new one, they say that I should ask Mweb, because they cant give test accounts. The blame game started, OpenServe says its an Mweb fault.

This is ridiculous, no one seems to take responsibility for this.

Useless, Ill move as soon as I can.
