Openserve is the worst fibre provider cider there is. Before ever considering them, contact their client support number on 0800-772-772 and see how long you hold and if anybody actually ever answers., Mostly they don’t answer or the phone is put down before anyone answers. Today is the 5th day since our broken line was reported to them. No technician has been appointed as yet.
