Openserve cannot open port

Been strugling for 2 days for openserver to open a fibre port which they have closed on saturday to my house in Kleinbosch, cape town.

C Fibre have logged a ticket with openserve and try to follow up numerous times without any progress made.

Can this please be escalated asap, because we are running a bussiness and is standing still now because of no internet.
