Openserve cannot finish what they have started.

Openserve installed fiber at the bottom of the Valhalla area but no planning has been done on finishing the rest of the area, I get calls mentioning that fibre is in my area but the call ends up being cut short because an entire suburb can't be completed before they role out I'm other areas.
