Openserve cannot be contacted

Hi so I have Internet through Telkom, and the service provider is Openserve. My internet has not being working for 24 hours and when you contact Telkom they say they have being checking the problem for 24 hours and still havent sent someone out. one cannot contact the service provider myself, and Telkom keeps giving the same automative answer. they keep saying its urgent and nobody gets back to me. how does one contact a service provider? very fraustrating
