OPENSERVE CANCEL APPLICATIONS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OR CONSENT

I app**** for service on 23 September 2022, I was told that I would get it the next week, as the connection points were already installed against the side of the house. It would just be a matter of connecting up. By end December, I cancelled my application through Telkom as service provider and changed over to Afrihost who has been a great service provider as I had to take my ADSL subscription away from Telkom to Afrihost for their quick response to fix line errors. I only onrolled with Telkom as they were cheaper and with Openserve on a promotion day. Together, they failed. So I app**** through Afrihost. Afrihost instructed them to install fibre, and Openserve cancelled the application without notification. On 23 Dec 2022 I enquired with Afrihost as there was nothing done in 20 days, and was told they would put an enquiry through the Openserve. I had to wait 72 hours. So over Christmas time, I expected delays. Yesterday, 4 Jan 2023 I contacted Afrihost again, only to be told that my application has been cancelled with no reason given. I also found it extremely strange that on the day of my first application on 23 Sept, my ADSL line stopped working within 15 minutes of handing in my application! I received an SMS from Telkom to say they would credit me as they no longer maintain ADSL as there are fibre available! What a nightmare! Afrihost is under fire from me now to deliver, but they are depending on Openserve. Mind you, 2 months after my Telkom/Openserve application, thus end November, I received an email to confirm that Openserve will install end Feb 2023! So much lies! So I had to wait nearly 5 months because I app**** through Telkom or because Openserve cannot deliver? Afrihost promised installation within 14 working days. They could not deliver, as Openserve conveniently cancelled my application because they could not deliver? Advice: CHECK YOUR STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION. OPENSERVE JUST CANCEL WHEN THEY CANNOT MAKE A DEADLINE.
