OPENSERVE BROKE MY FIBRE CONNECTION
Today Openserve technicians worked on my neighbours' fibre connection. During this time it appears that they switched off my internet fibre connection. I HAVE NO INTERNET. As my ISP is MWEB I am unable to log a fault with OPENSERVE, apparently I must log fault with MWEB. Thus is absurd. The problem lies with my fibre... and MWEB only log calls faults at specific times over the weekend. I spoke to the technicians when they were on site and advised them that they had "broken" my fibre access. They told me to log a fault. PLEASE HELP ME

04 Mar 2024, 09:56Openserve did attend to the fault on my fibre, thank you. Quick service and my internet is working.
BUT IN THE PROCESS ANOTHER 3 OPENSERVE CUSTOMERS HAD THEIR OPENSERVE INTERNET ACCESS "BROKEN".
So, fix one, break three.
This is NOT good.
