Openserve blatantly lie to escape 24/48 hour SLA commitment, pathetic!!!

Openserve blatantly lie to cover their pathetic support performance. They say they were at our offices and that nobody answered just so they can't be held accountable to their contractual 24/48 hour SLA commitment! Their service has been down for 48 hours and no one has even attempted to call or come to fix their service. Afrihost our ISP has logged several calls but not response! Openserve are USELESS
