OPENSERVE BAD SERVICE

I have received the worst service delivery in a long time, and this time it was from OPENSERVE. HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been without ADSL connection for the past 9 days now (13th Oct - till today 22nd).

I still have very little information on what the problem is or when it will most likely be fixed. I have logged more that 6 complains but have no clue on what is happening. For a company that is in communications, OPENSERVE has very, VERY poor communication skills. They have attempted to call me twice in the past 7 working days, their efforts are below standard.

I don't live too far away from their working station in Boksburg, Voortrekker road so when I went there I met a supervisor by the name of Thandi who also gave me a few empty promises on how the matter would be attended. I still havnt heard anything from her or OPENSERVE.

Your delivery service is shameful, its probably second to the licence department!!
