OPENSERVE BAD SERVICE

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Open Serve. I have been waiting for them to complete the installation since 19 September 2023.

Yesterday the Technician did not want to come and do the installation after 16h00 and there was no one at home before 16h00.

Today another appoint set for 24 Oct October at 10h00 and he said it is set for Saturday,there's no way I will set the appointment for saturday because I am not home.

SMS confirmation says Open Serve Rep is Thokozane Collen Mabuza but I speak to someone else.

1st impression lasts I want to cancel their services. I do not recommend them.
